You don't have to be an AMA Member to save with these economical group rates.  Non-members will receive a 15% premium credit, for at least your first year of coverage.

^†Semi-annual premiums have a modal factor of .52 or 52% of annual premiums, which makes paying annually a better value. If you prefer to pay annually, just divide the semi-annual premium rate by .52. For example, if the semi-annual premium is $228.80 and you wish to pay annually, then $228.80/.52 = $440.00.

Please note: When you and your spouse are the only insureds, your spouse's benefit increases to 50% of the benefit amount you select. When you and your children are the only insureds (up to age 26 if unmarried and full-time students), the benefit for each child increases to 15% of your benefit.

Depending on Plan experience, premiums may change on any premium due date and then no more than once in any 12 month period, or when the terms or conditions of the Group Policy are modified. if you are an AMA Member, the 30% premium credit is guaranteed through at least 10/31/10.
