Celebrating Customer Service Week

We recently celebrated Customer Service Week here at AMA Insurance Agency. The week recognized a lot of talented people here at the agency that interact and forge relationships with our physicians on a daily basis. These people are on the front lines and aim to satisfy our physician clients every day.

Customer Service Week Highlights

  • Kickoff breakfast celebration - coffee, bagels (for our Chicago Marathon runners) & donuts (enough to make Homer Simpson jealous).
  • AMAIA’s weeklong version of “Minute to Win It”, culminating with a victory by our Supervisor of Customer Care & Training – how appropriate, right? Stacking 8 bolts on top on each other with a single chopstick? Or how about picking up M&M’s with a straw and dropping them in an empty water bottle? Check and check.
  • A company-wide, celebratory lunch catered by our neighbors at
    Buca di Beppo        


So, if you’re a physician, an office manager or just an everyday business person, remember to thank those who interact with your patients/clients every day. It’s important to remember that just because “Customer Service” isn’t in a person’s job title, it remains an important part of everyone’s job. Each person who interacts with a patient or client is an integral link in creating a positive patient experience or client relationship and keeps your practice (and our agency) a great place to be.
