Yes, after you graduate you will have an opportunity to continue your coverage under the physician Preferred Term Life Insurance Plan.
Your eligible spouse or domestic partner under age 40 may enroll for the Term Life Insurance — whether you enroll or not.
Your coverage will be effective on the first or fifteenth day of the month after receipt of your enrollment form, provided eligibility requirements are met and the premiums are paid when due.
Once you receive your Certificate of Insurance you’ll have up to 30 days to review the plan at no obligation. If you decide you are not satisfied, just cancel your enrollment, and you will receive a full refund of any premiums you have already paid — no questions asked. If you have not yet paid your first premium, no payment is due.
